- Turnaround times are indicative and may be impacted by clinical or logistics factors.
- Pre-test requirements must be followed; failure may affect report validity.
3) Pricing & Payment
- Prices are shown in INR and may include applicable taxes as displayed.
- Payments are processed via authorised payment gateways. We do not store full card details.
- Invoices/receipts will be issued electronically.
4) Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled per our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
5) Reports & Limitations
- Results are based on the sample provided and accepted methods at the time of testing.
- Reports are for clinical guidance; medical decisions should be taken by qualified healthcare professionals.
6) User Conduct
- Provide accurate information and do not misuse the site or services.
- Do not attempt to compromise our systems or infringe the rights of others.
7) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. No rights are granted except as necessary to access and use the site in accordance with these Terms.
8) Limitation of Liability
