Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply for bookings with Synapse Laboratory India. For cancellation timelines, see our Cancellation Policy.
1) Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation before sample collection: 100% refund.
- Service unavailable or unreasonably delayed by us: full refund.
- Duplicate payment identified by our team: refund of duplicate amount.
2) Not Eligible for Refund
- After sample collection is completed.
- If services have been rendered or the report has been issued.
- Failure to follow pre-test instructions leading to invalidation of the sample.
3) Refund Process & Timelines
- Submit a request to support with your order ID and registered phone/email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Typical timelines: 5–7 business days (gateway/bank dependent).
