Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule bookings with Synapse Laboratory India. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
1) Before Sample Collection
You may cancel any time before sample collection for a full refund.
2) After Sample Collection
Cancellations are not permitted once the sample collection is completed. For rescheduling, contact support as early as possible.
3) How to Cancel/Reschedule
- Email support with your order ID and registered phone/email.
- If booked via a partner, you may need to follow the partner’s process as well.
- We will confirm your request and next steps via email/SMS.
